Our Cavity Trays are designed to provide complete fire and DPC protection.
CODA-Tray is an A1 Fire Rated cavity tray that satisfies the latest building regulations, in
particular, fire safety.
It’s a bespoke product manufactured from stainless steel sheet with the aim of preventing the passage of water from the external wall leaf to the interior of the building to be used especially in projects using an SFS system that exceeds 18m in height.

How do Cavity Trays work?
The system is designed to be adjustable in two directions. The cavity width is designed to accommodate a ± 50mm adjustment.
The longitudinal adjustment can be resolved by adjusting the overlapping of the two cavity tray elements.
The Cavity Tray system also provides inner and outer corners. The adjustment of these elements is similar to the straight cavity trays, simply using the overlapping.
A stop-end element can be used at the end of the cavity tray if necessary. This element stops the water flowing laterally and can be adjustable as well.

A1 Fire Rated ClassCODA-Tray is a fire-rated product manufactured from Grade 304 Stainless Steel and satisfies the requirements for an A1 Classification without testing, fully compliant with the Building Regulations.
